The Richard G. Snyder YMCA is seeking qualified candidates for the newly created position of Director of
Competitive Aquatics. The Director of Competitive Aquatics will be responsible for delivering a high quality, mission focused, YMCA/USA established, award-winning age group competitive swim team program for area youth. Team size is 50-85 swimmers who compete at a local, regional, and national levels. Position includes pay range from $35-38,000, full benefits, retirement plan, paid vacations.
