Cancer Treatment Center Director (Hosp. Op.) directs and oversees all activities of the hospital's cancer center. Responsible for developing new programs, outreach activities, and research opportunities. Being a Cancer Treatment Center Director (Hosp. Op.) implements and maintains hospital practices, procedures and objectives. Serves as liaison with all professional, administrative and support staff. Additionally, Cancer Treatment Center Director (Hosp. Op.) creates reports on operation's activities for hospital administration to review. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a top management. The Cancer Treatment Center Director (Hosp. Op.) typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Cancer Treatment Center Director (Hosp. Op.) typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     Job Responsibilities:

    This position is required to daily (as prescribed by physician) treat, monitor, document, and prevent future skin concerns where possible by providing the best possible care to our senior populations. Certification is preferred, but not required. You will be part of a team of dedicated health care professionals committed to providing the highest possible quality of life to our residents.

    Qualifications:

    • Current RN  or LVN license in the state of employment
    • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
    • Previous experience with monitoring skin and treating wounds
