Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Division Director to join our team. As the Division Director, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the operations of our HHCC division. Plans, Directs, coordinates and administers all program components to ensure that goals and objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and regulation parameters by performing the following duties or through subordinate supervisors. This is a leadership role that requires strong program management skills, as well as the ability to develop and implement effective strategies to meet the needs of our clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Reviews program guidelines and requirements to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing goals, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of blended case management programs.
Foster positive relationships with clients, families, and community partners.
Establishes work plan and staffing for each program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of program personnel.
Confers with program staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority. Oversee program development, including the creation of individualized plans and goals.
Directs and coordinates activities of program personnel to ensure program progresses on schedule and within prescribed regulations and requirements.
Reviews and signs required reports prepared by program personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required.
Prepares program reports for management, administration, or other regulatory agencies.
Monitor program outcomes and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality services are being provided.
Confers with program personnel to provide technical advice, program clarification and to resolve problems.
Coordinates program activities with activities of government regulatory or other governmental agencies.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
Provide guidance and support to staff in areas such as behavioral health, social work, and administrative tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS

Strong administrative skills, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and community partners.
Salary and Hours: Salary Range. $60,000-$63,000. Hours are daytime with some weekend work; 24/7 on-call availability required. Field work required.
