Cancer Treatment Center Director (Hosp. Op.) directs and oversees all activities of the hospital's cancer center. Responsible for developing new programs, outreach activities, and research opportunities. Being a Cancer Treatment Center Director (Hosp. Op.) implements and maintains hospital practices, procedures and objectives. Serves as liaison with all professional, administrative and support staff. Additionally, Cancer Treatment Center Director (Hosp. Op.) creates reports on operation's activities for hospital administration to review. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a top management. The Cancer Treatment Center Director (Hosp. Op.) typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Cancer Treatment Center Director (Hosp.     Seacoast Mental Health Center, Inc., is seeking a NH licensed mental health clinician to lead a multi-disciplinary clinical team providing mental health services. Master’s degree in a mental health/human services field with three to five years progressive experience in an outpatient mental health setting is required. Candidates must also possess solid interpersonal and supervisory skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.  2 -5 years of supervisory or management experience is required.  Knowledge of evidenced-based practices and the NH community mental health system are pluses.

    Seacoast Mental Health Center, Inc. offers a generous compensation package including paid time off, health and dental plans, retirement account match, etc.  Applicants may be eligible for the NH State Loan Repayment program for up to $45,000 with a 3 year commitment  We also provide Licensing Supervision with a 2 year commitment after receiving License.
