Position Overview: We are on the lookout for a visionary leader to join our team as the Director of Clinical Services. This pivotal role entails comprehensive oversight of our residential treatment facility, spearheading a team of passionate Managers dedicated to our mission. The Director will play a critical role in shaping the treatment environment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, and fostering a culture of excellence and compassion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of the residential treatment program.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of Managers and clinical staff.
• Uphold the highest standards of client care and ensure adherence to best practices in treatment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
• Drive program development, quality improvement, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Foster a collaborative, supportive, and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Licensure as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) is required.
• Has three or more years experience providing individual and group counseling to individuals with a substance use disorder. 
• Proven leadership abilities and a history of managing teams in a behavioral health setting.
• Strong commitment to client-centered care and family treatment involvement.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• A master’s degree in a related field is preferred, but not required.
