Cannery Worker packages food products in various ways including freezing, canning, and preserving for future consumption. Sorts and prepares products, feeds products into processing equipment, and places or stores food products according to specifications. Being a Cannery Worker may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Cannery Worker may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Students currently enrolled at CCC may work in various offices at CCC with CCC staff and faculty or in community services agencies within Coconino County that are in partnerships with CCC.
Pay Rate: $17.40 per hour, 10-19 hours per week depending on department need, availability of funds and student eligibility.

The start date of this position will be determined by the hiring supervisor. Assignment duration is determined by student eligibility, availability and/or department need.
