We have an exciting opportunity for an entry Level Manufacturing Quality Inspector to join a fun and supportive team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and precision of fabrics used in the manufacturing of brand clothing and high-end sails for boats. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards will contribute to the overall quality control process in our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Inspect fabrics used in the production of brand clothing and high-end sails for boats.
• Utilize manufacturing experience to ensure the quality and precision of inspected items.
• Work with small hands, demonstrating proficiency in detailed fabric inspections.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely inspections.
• Maintain a positive and can-do attitude, upholding a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of quality control in the manufacturing process.
• Prioritize attitude and enthusiasm in hiring decisions over extensive experience.
• Provide feedback and reports on inspection findings to relevant departments.

Skills/Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency in fabric inspection techniques and processes.
• Ability to work with small hands for detailed inspections.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Positive work history and a can-do attitude.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members.
• Willingness to prioritize attitude and potential over extensive experience in the hiring process.

Working hours: 6:00am-2:30pm
Pay: $18-$20/hr
