Capacity Planner plans, measures, and monitors operating limits and capacities of an organization. Forecasts and plans capacity requirements to ensure alignment with department or unit and determine variance from production schedules, resource levels, and inventory demand. Being a Capacity Planner identifies and troubleshoots production issues or bottlenecks that impact plant capacity. Coordinates with internal stakeholders like engineering, sales, and marketing to understand and develop current and forecasted plans. Additionally, Capacity Planner utilizes manufacturing data and reports to drive key insights into efficiency, production rate, and other performance metrics. Produces reports that evaluate plant capacity and identify areas needing improvement. Recommends process and equipment improvements to optimize production capabilities. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Capacity Planner occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. assistance, facilitation and convening of work groups,

.Assist in the facilitation and convening of round tables, plenary sessions, and workshops to address the trends,
issues, and training needs in our State to include but not limited to CSBG Organizational Standards, ROMA/ROMA
Next Generation, board governance, risk management, budget development, etc.
. Ensure the development of a monthly newsletter entitled the HUB,
. Disseminate information to the South Carolina CAA network,
. attend monthly RPIC calls, and communicate with the RPIC Lead regularly. Additionally, this person will .
. cultivate and support ongoing collaborative workgroups, poverty webinars, poverty simulations, statewide outreach,
education, and social media venues to increase awareness and other specialized trainings and activities to build the
capacity of the network to serve those most vulnerable and in need .
ensure the implementation and achievement of six objectives
1. Service Delivery Models, Strategies, and Partnerships, 2. Build and Strengthen the Knowledge, Capacity, and
Ability of the Region to Implement Effective Programs and Activities 3. Regional Activities Designed to Address the
Collaboration, Capacity Building, Quality Improvement, and T/TA Needs of the Region 4. Relationship-building,
Collaboration, and Information-Sharing Efforts with CSBG State Lead Agencies 5. Regional CSBG Performance
Management Framework Efforts, and 6. Storytelling and Messaging to Demonstrate the Impact of Collective CSBG
Regional Efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB
Education:
Bachelors Degree in human services, business administration or related field required. Master preferred
Experience:
Must have a minimum of three years of nonprofit administration and experience.
