Capacity is a dynamic and growing organization committed to excellence in every aspect of our operations. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Admin to join our dedicated team.

As an Operations Admin, you will play a crucial role in our operations department, handling general data entry, recordkeeping, and communication activities. Reporting to the VP of Operations and Operations Controller, you will be involved in various tasks that contribute to the smooth functioning of our operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Damages Reconciliation Process Administrator: Collaborate with various teams to document and report activities and costs related to identified damages.
• Physical Equipment Audits/Counts: Conduct audits and counts of physical equipment.
• Data Entry and Reporting: Handle various data entry and reporting tasks, including equipment utilization, labor, expenses, and utilities.
• Communication: Send emails and communications to various departments regarding facilities and operations-related inquiries.
• Operations Scorecard Maintenance: Maintain and update the Operations Scorecard for weekly and monthly reporting.
• Project Assistance: Assist with projects, recordkeeping, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact with various levels within the organization.
