Capacity Planning Supervisor leads a capacity planning team to plan and monitor an organization's operating limits and capacities. Forecasts and plans capacity requirements to align with production schedules, resource levels, and inventory demand. Being a Capacity Planning Supervisor identifies and troubleshoots production issues or bottlenecks that impact plant capacity. Coordinates with internal stakeholders to understand future plans and develop responsive capacity forecasting. Additionally, Capacity Planning Supervisor utilizes production metrics and manufacturing research to develop insights on processes or equipment and recommend improvements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Capacity Planning Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Capacity Planning Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Transportation Project Manager
Seeking an Experienced Transportation Planning professional

Our ideal candidate has Project Management experience with PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit and municipal land development projects.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage large land development projects in all aspects of traffic engineering and planning.
- Work with multi-disciplinary teams on tasks such as traffic impact studies, intersection design, traffic signal design, roadway signing and pavement marking plans, and traffic and signal operations analysis.
- Obtaining, analyzing, PennDOT’s Highway Occupancy Permit Design Criteria/procedure
- Overseeing the preparation or modification of reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, impact studies, permits, and designs for projects.
- Serve as a representative at municipal meetings, hearings, and PennDOT staff meetings.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (required)
- Professional Engineer (PE required)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to work on multiple projects and ability to meet multiple deadlines
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Driver’s License
- Knowledge of Pennsylvania Municipal Planning Code
- Experience with testimony on behalf of land development applicants as it relates to Pennsylvania municipal approvals
