Capacity Planning Supervisor leads a capacity planning team to plan and monitor an organization's operating limits and capacities. Forecasts and plans capacity requirements to align with production schedules, resource levels, and inventory demand. Being a Capacity Planning Supervisor identifies and troubleshoots production issues or bottlenecks that impact plant capacity. Coordinates with internal stakeholders to understand future plans and develop responsive capacity forecasting. Additionally, Capacity Planning Supervisor utilizes production metrics and manufacturing research to develop insights on processes or equipment and recommend improvements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Capacity Planning Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Capacity Planning Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. We are a home care agency that has been in business since 2007 and in need of a person to perform in-home assessments of elderly clients in the Anchorage, AK region (clients located within a 2 hour drive of Anchorage). $35/hour.
The assessment consists of talking to the client in person at their home - and asking a few questions about their non medical care needs (i.e. Bathing, dressing, grooming, light house cleanning, etc).
The assessments take 30 minutes. Travel time is paid from the person's home and back at $35/hour. Flexible schedule. Can work anytime from 8am to 8pm Monday through Sunday. Weekends only is acceptable. Great part time job for extra money on the side of your regular job. No experience is required. Will train on the job.
We just started a contract with the Department of Veterans Affairs so there is not a big need right now - but as we get more clients in the program the need will grow. When we have need of an assessment we will reach out and you would need to get the assessment completed within 3-7 calendar days.
