Capacity Planning Supervisor leads a capacity planning team to plan and monitor an organization's operating limits and capacities. Forecasts and plans capacity requirements to align with production schedules, resource levels, and inventory demand. Being a Capacity Planning Supervisor identifies and troubleshoots production issues or bottlenecks that impact plant capacity. Coordinates with internal stakeholders to understand future plans and develop responsive capacity forecasting. Additionally, Capacity Planning Supervisor utilizes production metrics and manufacturing research to develop insights on processes or equipment and recommend improvements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Capacity Planning Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Capacity Planning Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Our production is expanding & requires team players to join our TS Tech family at our New Castle Indiana location (TS Tech Indiana. LLC.) We have an immediate opening for a Cost Accountant in our Business Plan department.
The successful candidate should have a good understanding of business planning tasks implemented based on Plan, Do, Check, Act (PDCA) cycle. Good understanding of 5P and capable of analyzing issues with the method.
Native level of Japanese language (read write and speak) and business level of English language (read write and speak) are a MUST. Work experience of Accounting and/or Cost Accounting field is preferred.
