Capacity Planning Supervisor jobs in Bangor, ME

Maine Family Planning is hiring a part-time (22.50 hours a week), Office Assistant for Maine Families in Ellsworth.  This position is responsible for the weekly facilitation of a play group for Maine Families and to establish and foster relationships with families.  This position also offers support to Maine Family Visitors as needed.  Position reports directly to the Director of Maine Families. 

Qualifications Needed for Position: 

Experience and Skill Requirements:  The following experience and skills are considered essential: 

• 1-2 years working with families with young children. 

• Ability to communicate effectively with groups and individuals. 
• Strong verbal, writing, and communication skills. 
• Demonstrate knowledge of computer skills, including Excel and Office 365. 
• Ability to work a flexible schedule. 
• Must have valid license for occasional travel.  

Education and Knowledge Requirements: The following education requirements are considered essential: 

• High school diploma or GED required. 
• Associate degree in Child development, Social Services, or related field preferred. 

Starting pay: $20.20 hr.
