We are a home care aide servcies agency that has been in business since 2007 and help elderly people stay safe and well in their homes. We provide home care services in multiple states and growing rapidly. We are in need of a Senior Documentation Specialist. The job is located in the city of Irvine, CA - near the Irvine Spectrum. After the first two months, this job has the option to work from home 3 days a week and come into the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Must live within a 45 min drive of Irvine, CA.

We reward those who work hard and are passionate about their job and making a difference in the lives of elderly people. 5% increases to base salary are available to high performer employees - whenever the company makes its performance goals. In 2023 we had five 5% increases in base salary for our high performer employees. 

The position is hired as a W-2 employee. We can train on the specifics of the job but the person must have 5-10 years experience working with documentation. Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and be a multi-tasker with great attention to detail. Bachelors Degree Required.
