Coordinates pilot training and development plans to ensure all are ready for flight duty. Additionally, Captain/Pilot in Command (Large Jet) uses the Safety Management System (SMS) to identify, mitigate, and manage risk in operations. May require a bachelor's degree. Port Side Rentals LLC is looking for applicants to assist customers during the rental process in a fast paced environment.
Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
Check-in customers for all rentals including jet skis, stand up paddle boards, kayaks, bikes, and pedal boats.
Ensuring that all waiver forms are properly filled out and stored
Providing life jackets and various safety items to customers, and collect after trip
Ensuring that customers watch safety videos
Ensuring that rentals are leaving and arriving on time
Providing concierge type assistance for customers
Ensuring customers are arriving on time for rentals
Providing safety talk with the customers
Additional duties may also include:
Answering incoming phone calls
Managing Social Media accounts and creating content.
Keeping property clean
Assisting launching rentals
