    POSITION DESCRIPTION:

    Our company is looking for a Large Group Account Executive with strong communication and interpersonal skills. As the Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new and renewal business alongside our Benefits producer. You must provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to our clients, while offering a high level of support obtaining, maintaining, expanding, and proactively servicing large group benefit accounts. You, along with the producer, are responsible for developing relationships with your clients and are accountable for the client experience and retention. You are thus required to not only have the in-depth technical insurance knowledge across our many insurance carriers, but you must also have the empathy, communication skills, and intentionality to connect on a personal level. We strive to deliver a WOW experience that leads to lifetime clients.


    DAY IN THE LIFE OF:

    · Build and nurture strong client and insurance carrier relationships for sustained business growth

    · Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and prospects

    · Manage end-to-end processes for both new business and renewals

    · Develop and present sales proposals, focusing on product benefits

    · Assist in prospect outreach and marketing processes

    · Collaborate with sales producer to address client inquiries and resolve account issues

    · Proactively evaluate and optimize client solutions annually

    · Utilize expert knowledge to remarket client accounts for optimal solutions and pricing

    · Initiate account growth through proactive client engagement and additional coverage options

    · Organize educational sessions, such as webinars on compliance and PBM strategies

    · Provide compliance overviews and timely reminders for clients

    · Conduct quarterly meetings with large group self-funding clients, including agenda preparation and reporting

    · Review and monitor claims data for pricing and funding insights

    · Shape health outcomes and pricing through proactive story creation based on claims data

    · Monitor and maximize Rx rebates, ensuring proper accounting in monthly reporting

    · Streamline processes and perks for all groups, including analytical advisement and benefit guides

    · Generate monthly reports and proactively monitor claims with alert systems

    · Facilitate Medicare trainings with on-staff expert for client and employee education

    · Establish annual education initiatives for all client groups
