Captain/Pilot in Command (Large Jet) provides leadership and management of pilots, schedules, and records to maintain efficient and safe flight operations, comply with all FAA regulations, and deliver operational performance on company goals. Maintains the required FAA records and documentation for certifications, crews, flight times, aircraft, and activity. Being a Captain/Pilot in Command (Large Jet) keeps informed about current aviation developments and regulations that impact flight operations. Coordinates pilot training and development plans to ensure all are ready for flight duty. Additionally, Captain/Pilot in Command (Large Jet) uses the Safety Management System (SMS) to identify, mitigate, and manage risk in operations. May require a bachelor's degree. Requires Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate. Requires FAA Commercial Pilot's License. Typically reports to a director or head of a unit/department. The Captain/Pilot in Command (Large Jet) manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Captain/Pilot in Command (Large Jet) typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. A Day in the life
- Develop a core understanding of the Sentient Jet product suite to successfully respond to inbound leads and inquiries.
- Develop outbound leads cold contacts (i.e., outreach, cold call, email, etc.) of high net worth individuals, fortune 1000 business executives and other potential private flyers.
- Support sales directors by qualifying potential prospects via predetermined criteria
- Record all activities and enrich records in company CRM system
- Manage and overcome potential buyer objections
- Manage, implement and optimize campaigns to acquire clients and achieve goals
- Work directly with Sales Operations, Sales Directors and Sales Vice Presidents gathering information to assist with the sales process and to ultimately provide leads for sales directors to close
- Research and strategize an approach to create prospective client interest
Expectations:
- Meet or exceed minimum performance and sales metric standards while acting as a key driver in contributing to new business
- Current assignment balance is 75% of time making phone calls and 25% of time prospecting and adding leads to the database

Prior Experience:
- Experience working in a high-volume phone based sales environment
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM
