Maintains the required FAA records and documentation for certifications, crews, flight times, aircraft, and activity. Being a Captain/Pilot in Command (Large Jet) keeps informed about current aviation developments and regulations that impact flight operations. Coordinates pilot training and development plans to ensure all are ready for flight duty. Additionally, Captain/Pilot in Command (Large Jet) uses the Safety Management System (SMS) to identify, mitigate, and manage risk in operations. May require a bachelor's degree. Ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:
• 1-2 years of clinical veterinary experience as a Registered Veterinary Technician (Strongly preferred, not required)

Working Conditions:
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to extremes in temperature, and occasionally farm equipment. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can vary from minimal to loud.
• This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching at various times throughout the day. The employee will need to be able to lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds

Requirements
· Current RVT license (Strongly preferred, not required)

· Must be willing to operate all necessary equipment including x-ray and laboratory equipment.
· Handle, manipulate, and restrain horses and other large animals including goats, alpacas, llamas, and bovine patients in the course of their medical treatments and care.
· Set up, maintain, and ensure proper storage of specialized diagnostic equipment.
· Provide clinical service support by maintaining a supply inventory and supervising and replenishing stock within the assigned areas. Maintain a clean/sanitary and functionally organized clinical service area.
· Assist in providing support to veterinarians in the delivery and instruction of primary care; assist professional staff in performing critical and intensive care or life-sustaining emergency care, diagnostic services, blood collection, and fluid administration as directed.
· Perform required sanitation of facilities and instrumentation and maintains appropriate equipment and drug/supply inventories (including controlled substances) and prepares requisitions for supplies and equipment.
· Under guidance and direction, analyzes clinical samples and specimens and reports results. Prepares specimens for examination, and looks for abnormalities using automated and manual equipment.
· Has general awareness of safety, quality control, and quality assurance procedures. Maintains quality and safety control measures for the laboratory as well as in the field.
· Performs other related work as needed.
