Department/Location: Maintenance Department - Fargo Jet Center, Fargo, ND
Primary Operational Objectives:
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the entire maintenance team, providing support by writing reports, payroll assistance, expense reports, travel coordination, meeting, and event synchronization.
The Office Support Professional will be a proactive analytical person with exceptional communication skills, a positive mindset, determined work ethic and meticulous attention to detail. This person should have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and supporting a large team. Given the dynamic nature of the work environment, this person will need to be flexible and consistent. This position has the opportunity to have a wide variation in their duties in their day-to-day office environment.
Must have the ability to work independently, owning full life cycle of office processes, such as: invoicing, ordering of supplies, coordinating supplies, coordination of meeting requests, and department events to include catering.
