Captain/Pilot in Command (Large Jet) provides leadership and management of pilots, schedules, and records to maintain efficient and safe flight operations, comply with all FAA regulations, and deliver operational performance on company goals. Maintains the required FAA records and documentation for certifications, crews, flight times, aircraft, and activity. Being a Captain/Pilot in Command (Large Jet) keeps informed about current aviation developments and regulations that impact flight operations. Coordinates pilot training and development plans to ensure all are ready for flight duty. Additionally, Captain/Pilot in Command (Large Jet) uses the Safety Management System (SMS) to identify, mitigate, and manage risk in operations. May require a bachelor's degree. Requires Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate. Requires FAA Commercial Pilot's License. Typically reports to a director or head of a unit/department. The Captain/Pilot in Command (Large Jet) manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions.     Line Service Technicians are responsible for safe ground operations on the airfield and delivering outstanding customer service.     Core Schedule
    • Variable – During Airport hours
    • On call or evening/weekend/holiday hours required.
    You would be responsible for
    • Parking and marshaling aircraft
    • Aircraft towing on ramp and in/out of hangars
    • Aircraft fueling
    • Safety First Mentality recognizing and practicing all safety policies and procedures.
    • Sort, route, load and unload packages from aircraft.
    • Operate tugs, trucks, and follow me vehicles (includes providing transport for flight crews and passengers
    • Quality Control for Fuel Farms
    • Direct and coordinate ramp movement for all arriving and departing aircrafts
    • Operation of Point of Sale, including accurate billing to customers. (Location Specific)
    • Other Responsibilities includes initiatives to provide concierge level service to our patrons
    • Upselling customers to increase revenue at your assigned location
    Minimum Qualifications
    • Prior Experience in General Aviation and Line Service strongly preferred
    • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) equivalent.
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
    • Must regularly lift and/or move up 50lbs.
    • The employee must regularly be able to stand for up to 8 hours, while bending, kneeling, stooping, and reaching.
    • Proficient computer skills.
    • Must possess a valid state Driver's License.
    • Previous customer service experience preferred.
    • Must successfully pass background check and drug test
    • Ability to read and respond to E-Mail communications.
