    Inspect and evaluate supply management activities, giving guidance and recommending corrective action.

    Evaluate assigned functions and direct correction of discrepancies in methods and procedures.

    Operate the Integrated Maintenance Data System, which provides on-line access to a data base containing organization, equipment, mission and status date.

    Review and analyze inspection and audit reports to determine necessity for change in work assignments or standards, additional facilities or other remedial action.

    Maintain supply records/files/logs and prepare original letters, report and message for supervisory review and signature in support of unit's supply requirements.

    Qualifications

    In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Group Standard for Clerical and Administrative Support Positions.

    SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-06 level (or other equivalent pay systems) in federal service which equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities (KSA's) to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience is experience which includes assisting in performing clerical or technical supply support work necessary to ensure the effective operation of ongoing supply activities, conducting supply operations and program requirements and the applying established supply policies, day-to-day servicing techniques, regulations, or procedures.
