Description
The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the evaluation, planning, performance, and management of maintenance on one Bombardier Global Express aircraft as well as 2 Airbus helicopters, (H125-B3 and H145-D3). Must live within 60 minutes drive of Concord, CA.
The Maintenance Manager provides professional recommendations associated with maintaining the aircraft’s market value and upkeep related to asset management, ensuring the airworthiness of assigned aircraft. The Maintenance Manager also maintains current technical proficiency and education of aircraft and regulatory requirements. Maintaining a flexible work schedule will be required to meet flight schedules, which may require periodic travel, both domestic and international. Maintains industry, business, company and customer relationships.
Reports To
The Maintenance Manager reports directly to the Director of Maintenance and the Aircraft & Crew Manager (ACM).

Maintenance Managers may be required to perform on-call duties and will require the candidate to travel without notice, including performing work on nights, weekends, and holidays. This position is a DOT Safety Sensitive position which will require placement in a random drug test pool.
Salary Range: $140,000-$200,000/yr | DOE
