Responsibilities for full-charge bookkeeper

• Manage complete Accounts Payable/Invoice Process
• Daily interaction with clients and their staff
• Oversee and supervise Firm bookkeepers
• Cash management and budgets
• Payroll processing 
• Sales taxes and commercial rent tax returns
• Accounting for fixed assets and depreciation
• Support coordination of annual audit
• Supervise investment strategies, direct financial resources, and manage company assets
• Coordinate financial record-keeping and oversee the development of yearly budgets

Qualifications for full-charge bookkeeper

• 3 years of Full Charge Bookkeeping and/or Accounting experience
• Proficient with Accounting software
• Provide financial guidance and management expertise related to company operations and financial strategy
• 5 years experience working in a Finance or Bookkeeper position
• Experience in A/P, A/R, Budgeting, GL Accounting, and Financial Reporting
• Managing bank and general ledger reconciliations
