This is a beach job on a resort island offering a service that everybody wants.
The job is from approximately late May to Labor Day with some exceptions being considered. Our customers rent kayaks, paddle boards, jet skis, small power boats and the largest ISUP on Lake Erie, ”The Mammoth!”
You will be fully trained on watercraft, clerical and 5-star customer service . Pay raises are merit based. Full time employees will stay on the island in beautiful housing for little cost.
It's fun and serious and will challenge you to learn and grow. The two most important things are 1) learning and then doing as you were trained and 2) having cheerful and friendly demeanor.
