Warehouse Support command center specialist

· Receiving customer concerns and requests via email for East Coast/ West Coast stores.

· Logging all daily requests and concerns.

· Effectively communicating with warehouses and logistics team.

· Ensuring concerns are responded to and handled in a timely manner.

· Following up on pending items.

· Communicating to client when requests or concerns are completed.

· Update all charts daily.

· Send the end of the day email with updated data.

· Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work area at all times.

· Other duties as assigned.

2-3 years' experience preferred.

Knowledge of the company's products and services.

Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Strong computer skills required, i.e., MS Office, Excel

Schedule: 12:00 Noon-8:30PM

Pay rate: $20hr
