- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for preschool children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
- Supervise and engage children in various activities, including playtime, arts and crafts, and outdoor play
- Monitor and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents
- Manage classroom behavior and encourage positive social interactions
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom
```Experience```
- Previous experience working in a daycare or preschool setting preferred
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques for young children
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that promote learning and development
- Experience working with toddlers and implementing early intervention strategies is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
