Captain/Pilot in Command (Small Non-Jet) jobs in Burlington, VT

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting with the check in and pick up process of devices for our repair department
• Managing workflow in a fast-paced retail environment
• Helping to communicate with customers about the repair process
• Email correspondence and follow-up with customers
• Providing the best customer service experience before, during and after the sale to strengthen customer loyalty, we aim to be "always by your side"

SALARY/WAGE AND BENEFITS

Starting wage is $18/hr plus sales bonuses ($500/mo ).

Full-time benefits include:

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

• A fierce commitment to customer service,
• Someone who enjoys working with people of all ages and abilities,
• Basic knowledge of and passion for Apple products,
• An understanding of the digital lifestyle,
• Keen attention to detail, and
• Strong customer service skills, follow through on customer requests

Our retail store is open Monday - Friday from 10-6.

We take customer service very seriously and believe customers should all have the same consistent experience no matter what staff member is helping them. You do not have to be an Apple user to apply, but it is preferred. We will provide training on Apple products to the right individual.
