We are looking for a friendly and organized receptionist who is enthusiastic and enjoys helping others. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting customers and answering incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency, while being able to complete other administrative duties when needed. Our receptionist should have excellent customer service skills and an ability to prioritize different tasks, particularly when under a time crunch.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients to the clinic.
• Answer phones and take messages.
• Schedule appointments.
• Make or confirm reservations.
• Filing.
• Handle pet emergencies.
• Handle routine correspondence.
• Handle all pets with care and compassion.

Must haves

• Veterinary experience
• Animal handling
• Veterinary terminology
• Animal restraint

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
