We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper with at least 5-10 years experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable. Our ideal candidate holds a degree in accounting and is able to learn new software.
Responsibilties : Complete journal entries, reconciliation, and account analysis to prepare monthly financial documents and general management.
Prepare deposit and post, keep checkbooks , bring books to the trial balance stage
Enter data, maintain records for financial statements, process accounts receivable/payable and payroll including garnishments and child support.
And process monthly billing.
Skills : Proven bookkeeping experience
Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts payable/receivable principles.
Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers.
Hands on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software.
