Being a Card Room Manager maintains integrity and security of all games, monies, and personnel. Ensures compliance with federal and state gaming regulations. Additionally, Card Room Manager may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Card Room Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. This facilitator will need to have good people-skills as they will directly be working with the customers to help create a remarkable escape room experience. They will also need to be detail oriented in order to reset the rooms consistently. And they will need to be able to think quickly to improvise solutions to random problems that might arise.
They also need to have a flexible schedule so that they can be available on call throughout the week to work whenever bookings come in. Ideally they live close to the NWA Escape Room so that it will be a short commute.
