Job Description:

Blanchard Family Wines is looking for a part-time or full-time Tasting Room Manager. Located in The Exchange, this opportunity is great for those looking to grow in a vibrant environment. Anyone with wine knowledge, service and management experience, and the desire to gain wine experience is encouraged to apply.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Opening and closing of tasting room and cash management
• Fostering positive relationships with employees and neighboring businesses
• Staff training
• Managing health, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Shift/floor management and service (daily operations)
• Weekly inventory and communication with upper management

Pay: $14-$16/hr plus tips, average total $22-$30/hr

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
