As a Warehouse Manager, you will report to and be a strong partner to our Delivery Market Manager. You will bring your passion as a leader of people to lead, inspire and develop a team of 12± (direct reports) full-service Merchandise Quality professionals responsible for the preparation and merchandise quality control of high quality, American-made home furnishings before being delivered to residential and business customers throughout the local Twin Cities area. 

    Our delivery center is a 74,000 sq. ft. facility comprised of a team of 70± staff members (delivery, merchandise quality, inventory, repair and customer support) serving local and national customers with an average outgoing daily volume of 10,000 cubes representing an average of 185 deliveries per day. The delivery center is also a partner to our local showroom and outlet store and supports several initiatives involving teams at our Central office in Golden Valley and other delivery locations throughout the country.

    Schedule: 6:00AM to 2:30PM Monday - Friday with additional hours and/or flexibility as needed to fulfill obligations of the role.

    • Experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, delivery, distribution and/or retail management with an operational focus, with 3 to 5 years of effective leadership in leading and inspiring a team of service professionals, ideally in a customer-facing environment.
    • A demonstrated confidence, high standards when it comes to detail and organization, and a belief that your success is tied directly to the growth and development of the team you lead and how you treat others.
    • Exceptional communication skills – both verbal and written.
