Antimony Brewing is an exciting new pub brewery located in Lenox, MA.
The Tap Room Manager position will work hand in hand with the executive team to effectively run the tap room and coordinate with the kitchen. Generally, the position will be responsible for oversight of FOH operations, including but not limited to, staffing, training, ordering & receiving of goods and supplies, cost and portion control, compliance with regulatory entities (i.e OSHA, Health Department, etc.), thorough communication with all FOH, BOH and brewery staff, customer satisfaction, as well as overall cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
