Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Serve hot tea and food tiers, answer questions, and accommodate guests as needed
- Explain to guests the foods presented on the food trays
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on their needs throughout their dining experience
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate to management if necessary
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including tables, chairs, and dining room

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and team members
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
