Card Room Shift Manager jobs in Boston, MA

We are looking for an enthusiastic full-time Lead Bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience at a craft beer tap room, Alewives Tap Room, within High Street Place Food Hall. Compensation includes hourly wage and tips.

Responsibilities:

• Pour drinks from taps for bar patrons
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Daily and weekly communication with ownership
• Weekend and special event coverage as needed.

Skills:

• Proven working experience as a bartender- 2 years minimum
• Computer literacy, previous Toast POS experience
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• TIPS certified required

Schedule / hours required : (End time can be discussed).

Monday 3:00pm -9:30pm (6.5 hours)

Tuesday 10:00am-5:00pm (7 hours)

Wednesday 10:00am-9:30pm (11.5 hours)

Thursday 10:00am -5:00pm (7 hours)

Pay: $6.75 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 – 32 per week
