The Machine Operator - 1st Shift is responsible for the setup and operation of machinery and equipment according to the given instruction. Our machine operators maintain a safe and clean working environment by aligning with procedures, rules and regulations.

What You'll Do:

• Start machinery and make adjustments when necessary to improve performance.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform maintenance as needed.
• Perform quality control, follow reporting and record keeping procedures, and report problems to supervisor.
• Follow all safety and health regulations.
• Ensure all equipment, tools, and workstation are in good working order and free of any safety hazards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We Need from You:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Acute attention to detail and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Works well in a team environment.
• Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently
• Commitment to excellence and high-quality standards.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Must be computer savvy and willing to learn in-house programs and systems.
