Job Description

The Corporate Card Program Manager will lead the strategy and, support the day-to-day activities of all Global Corporate, P-card and Meeting cards, including but not limited to Policy adherence, investigations and resolving disputed charges, and all processes. 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage Verisk’s Global Corporate, Meeting and P-card program, which includes monthly administration to ensure all card charges properly allocated and approved on a timely manner.
• Globalize Verisk’s corporate card program.
• Develop and maintain corporate card policies and guidelines and perform random audits to ensure compliance.
• Manage the issuance and cancellation of corporate cards.
• Resolve issues and discrepancies related to corporate card transactions.
• Collaborate with A/P, Finance and Meeting & Events teams to ensure all necessary controls are in place to ensure proper allocation of charges and on-time payments.
• Assist employees with inquiries related to their corporate cards, such credit limit changes, service issues and support with any dispute.
• Responsible for creating training materials and provide training and resources to help educate employees on corporate card policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Provide monthly reports on spending patterns and policy exceptions and identify violations to the corporate card policy.
• Create Adhoc reporting as required by Business Unit leaders.
• Implement and enforce financial controls to prevent fraud and misuse of corporate cards.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in corporate card services.
• Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of the corporate card program, making recommendations for improvements.
• Lead the relationship of our global credit card provider and program.
• Partner with finance stake holders for local administration of card products.
• Work with AP and finance to reconcile the monthly credit card bills

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7-10 years corporate card management experience
• Ability to work in a dynamic, non-routine environment with shifting priorities where multi-tasking may be required.
• Previous involvement in Corporate Credit Card system upgrades, enhancements, or implementations.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
