Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Manager plans and implements the overall policies, procedures, and services of the cardiac catheterization lab. Ensures efficient and effective lab operations, including quality control and compliance with regulations and policies. Being a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Manager supports Cardiologists with service delivery and resources. May be responsible for hiring and training of new employees as well as budgetary control for the lab. Additionally, Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Manager requires a bachelor's degree in nursing. Typically reports to a director. The Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Job Summary and Qualifications

    We are Seeking a Practice Manager III for our practice who provides leadership expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care.     What you will do in this role:

    Plan, develop, organize, implement and direct the day-to-day functions of the clinics and its programs and activities to insure compliance, efficiency, and patient satisfaction

    Manage staff performance including supervising, coaching/counseling front office and clinical staff daily and interviewing, hiring, and training new staff

    Address issues raised by physicians, employees, and patients and seek out appropriate leaders or partners to problem solve and process improve

    Develop the practice budget including pull profit and loss responsibility of the physician practice, including revenue, expenses and budgeting

    What Qualifications you will need:

    Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent is highly preferred (appropriate experience may be substituted for educational requirements)

    3 years of experience in a healthcare setting is required

    Leadership or management experience in physician practice is highly preferred
