Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Manager plans and implements the overall policies, procedures, and services of the cardiac catheterization lab. Ensures efficient and effective lab operations, including quality control and compliance with regulations and policies. Being a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Manager supports Cardiologists with service delivery and resources. May be responsible for hiring and training of new employees as well as budgetary control for the lab. Additionally, Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Manager requires a bachelor's degree in nursing. Typically reports to a director. The Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required. Full Job Description
- Cardiology practice looking for a full time registered cardiac and vascular sonographer. The individual will perform high quality echocardiographic and vascular studies in an office setting and at Assisted living and Skilled nursing facilities. THIS IS A JOB LISTING FOR A MOBILE ECHO/VASCULAR SONOGRAPHER. Must be highly motivated with advanced knowledge, organizational skills, and critical-thinking skills. Must have the ability to function independently and provide comprehensive reports to supervising physician. Adult Echo/Vascular Credentials through either ARDMS or CCI. There are no nights or weekends required.
About the role
- Independently perform Echocardiograms, Carotid Dopplers, Arterial Dopplers including ABI, and Abdominal Aortic Duplex, Renal Doppler, Venous Doppler (THIS IS A MUST)
- Complete exams in an efficient and timely manner
- Complete 10 studies per day
- Effectively use clinical judgment to acquire the optimum diagnostic sonographic information in each cardiovascular examination performed
- Providing Comprehensive Reports to the Physician
