Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Manager plans and implements the overall policies, procedures, and services of the cardiac catheterization lab. Ensures efficient and effective lab operations, including quality control and compliance with regulations and policies. Being a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Manager supports Cardiologists with service delivery and resources. May be responsible for hiring and training of new employees as well as budgetary control for the lab. Additionally, Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Manager requires a bachelor's degree in nursing. Typically reports to a director. The Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required. Cardiovascular Technologist – Cardiac Catheterization

    Under the leadership of the Department Manger and the supervision of the Cardiovascular Supervisor, the Invasive Cardiovascular Technologist (ICVT) will, through the utilization of specialized equipment under the direction of a qualified physician, perform procedures, including fluoroscopy and digital image capture on patients resulting in the accurate diagnosis and/or optimal treatment of congenital or acquired heart disease while maintaining maximum patient safety and comfort.

    • On-call/Per diem, Day Shift
    • On-call/Per diem, Variable shift

    Required Qualifications:

    • Coursework/Training - Graduate of an accredited school of cardiovascular technology. Or 5 years of experience.
    • Washington Radiologic Technologist upon hire. Or,
    • Washington Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Certification upon hire. Or,
    • National Certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International upon hire. Or,
    • National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire.
    • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
    • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
