Prepares written documentation as required by the profession and the department, regarding individualized treatment plans, evaluation results, and progress reports. Being a Cardiac Technician may require an associate degree or its equivalent. Also may require completion of a certificate in health technology or scientific instrumentation in electrocardiography. Additionally, Cardiac Technician typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Cardiac Technician's years of experience requirement may be unspecified. A 35 bed Medical facility outside of Prairie City, Oregon is looking to bring on a new Cardiac Sonographer to join the team. This hospital has 100 wonderful staff members.
While reporting directly up to the Supervisor Diagnostic Imaging, the Cardiac Sonographer will also work hands on with a Physician to provide timely and accurate ultrasound procedures. It is very important to have a strong background in ultrasound technology while visualizing internal cardiac structures and understand blood flow.
