Prepares written documentation as required by the profession and the department, regarding individualized treatment plans, evaluation results, and progress reports. Being a Cardiac Technician may require an associate degree or its equivalent. Also may require completion of a certificate in health technology or scientific instrumentation in electrocardiography. Your Role With Us:
As the Cardiac Sonographer at Salem Health, you work collaboratively with health care providers to provide direct and indirect care to patients undergoing procedures in the Cardiovascular Non-Invasive Services Department and throughout the hospital. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performance of transthoracic echocardiograms, stress echocardiograms, and transesophageal echocardiograms. In this position you must have a professional attitude and appearance, excellent customer service and communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Evening and weekend call is mandatory.
