Job Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays or payments
- Maintain and update patient records using electronic medical record systems (such as EClinical Works)
- Assist with medical records management, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Coordinate patient referrals to other healthcare providers or specialists
- Provide general administrative support, such as sorting mail, ordering supplies, and maintaining office cleanliness
Skills:
