Fast-paced specialty office seeking Registration Specialist for full-time position.

Hours are Monday to Thursday 8-5 and Friday 8-2. No weekends and no holidays.

Registration Specialist Education and Experience:

• Specialty office clinic experience preferred.
• Knowledge and previous experience with insurance entry, eligibility, and verification is required
• Strong computer skills and EMR experience is required.
• Must have excellent documentation and communication skills, solid clinical knowledge, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and be a productive, positive team player.

Primary responsibilities to include:

• Registering patients from the clinic setting
• Verifying active coverage of insurance and collecting payments/co-pays
• Greeting and checking patients in for their appointment
• Knowledge of provider schedules and ability to reschedule appointments as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $17.50 per hour
