Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background knowledge of martial arts training, strength and conditioning, or physical education and possess strong behavior management skills. Duties:

- Instruct and lead training sessions for cardio kickboxing class
- Develop lesson plans and activities to engage all students
- Provide guidance and support to students to help them improve their skills
- Implement behavior management techniques to ensure a positive learning environment
- Organize and oversee student competitions or performances

Requirements:

- Experience working with students in a coaching
- Knowledge of martial arts disciplines such as Kickboxing & Muay Thai
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to reach their full potential
- Certification in relevant coaching or teaching programs is a plus
