Works closely with hospital staff and physicians to implement standards for patient care that comply with all laws and regulations. Being a Cardiology Director ensures the department meets the current needs and addresses the future needs of patients by introducing new technologies, services, and procedures. This position does not require MD. Additionally, Cardiology Director requires a master's degree. Typically reports to an executive. The Cardiology Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To be a Cardiology Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Job Description
As the Director of SEO, you will lead our SEO team and manage the growth and success of the SEO team. You will collaborate closely with C-Suite to ensure our vision is seamlessly integrated into every aspect of our SEO strategy.
Work Schedule:
Full-Time (8:30am-5:30pm), In-Office Monday-Friday
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality product is being delivered for all clients enrolled in SEO products
- Manage and motivate a growing team of 20-30 in-office and remote SEO analysts, strategists, content writers, and web developers.
- Craft and execute partner marketing strategies to drive growth
- Develop comprehensive internal processes for seamless implementation across our portfolio
- Provide expert guidance on SEO best practices and execution.
- Implement scalable tracking solutions using tools like Google Search Console and Google Analytics
- Mentor and train teams on industry standards, company protocols and best practices.
- Foster a client-centric culture focused on continuous learning and growth
- Drive personal growth and development among the SEO team through mentorship.
- Educate CHD on SEO advancements to ensure Account Managers & Sales team effectively communicate our achievements and abilities
- Boost departmental and company revenue through efficiency enhancements, strategic diversification, and support for new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications:
- A minimum 3 years of SEO experience
- A minimum 3 years of management
- Experience managing a team of 15-20 employees
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, SEMRush, AdWords, YouTube, etc.
- Deep technical understanding of the SEO industry and technologies
- Experience troubleshooting complex website issues.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, agency environment.
- Strong communication skills for conveying technical information to diverse levels of digital marketing knowledge.
- Executive presence with excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized with acute attention to detail
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, GMail, GChat).
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of related work experience with managing SEO Campaigns in-house or in an agency setting
- 5 years in a managerial role
- Agency experience
- Experience in automotive, legal, and/or medical verticals
- Ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously
