The Scheduler is responsible for:

• Obtains patient pre-registration
• Coordinates all procedures, testing, pre-ops for new and established patients
• Schedules patient appointments
• Assists with patient inquiries
• May arrange for other procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, hours may vary

Required Education:

• High School or Equivalent
• Associate Degree Preferred

Required Experience:

• Required 3 years Scheduling
• Or 1 year Cardiology and 1 year Scheduling
