- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure efficient patient flow
Skills:
- Proven experience in administrative or medical administrative support roles
- Proficiency in medical scheduling systems (e.g., Athena, meditech)
- Strong knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Outstanding interpersonal skills for effective patient service
- Familiarity with medical terminology
