    · In the Cardiology Department at Montrose Regional Health, the cardiologists and patients are supported by a compassionate, educated and experienced staff of nurses, technologists and nuclear medicine technologists with a total of more than 150 years of experience in the field of cardiology.

    · The goal of the Cardiology Department at Montrose Regional Health is to perform a diagnostic cardiac catheterization on every patient as precisely, thoroughly and efficiently as possible. The end result is a diagnosis that will lead to the best treatment possible while prolonging and improving the quality of life for each patient.


    About The Career:

    • The Business Operations Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the practice including overseeing all duties of the front and back office operations and makes key business decisions. Is responsible for proposing and managing budgets, ensuring the practice remains financially sustainable while delivering excellent customer service. The manager will represent the clinic at physician and senior leader-level meetings, as well as communicate with the clinic's medical staff, department heads, clinicians and other subordinate staff. Responsible for the successful day to day operations of the practice.

    All About You:

    • Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, Finance or Accounting preferred.
    • Minimum 1-year healthcare office management experience including managing personnel.
    • Working knowledge of applicable medical terminology preferred
    • Medical billing experience preferred.
    • Proficiency with EMR systems and software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word). Additional experience in Epic, QHN, eClinicalWorks, and MediTech preferred
