    We are searching for a Nurse Manager to oversee our Cardiology clinic. Our cardiology team works closely with the experts at the Heart and Vascular Center at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, frequently collaborating with our colleagues on patient care plans. Together we find the most effective ways to give patients’ hearts a healthier life.

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervises and develops department personnel.
    • Acts as an expert role model in the performance of patient care.
    • Works directly with patients and staff to refine nursing intervention techniques and clinical approaches.
    • Initiates and coordinates the development, revisions, and implementation of standards.
    • Participates in the development and implementation of the unit’s operational/capital budgets.
    • Assists with hiring and orienting department personnel.

    Qualifications:

    • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
    • A BSN is required within 2 years of hire.
    • Active RN License.
    • 5 years of nursing experience is preferred.

    Schedule:

    • Full-time, 40 hours per week
    • Monday-Friday, days
